- Temperature: 74°C internal temperature for safe consumption.
- Time: 6-8 minutes per side on medium-high heat (around 190-204°C).
- Visual Guide: Chicken is done when juices run clear, and the meat has a firm texture with slight char marks.
Beef (Steaks & Ribeye)
- Rare: 52°C
- Medium Rare: 57°C
- Medium: 63°C
- Well Done: 71°C
- Time: 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare on high heat (232°C).
- Visual Guide: Look for a deep brown sear with a slight crust. Internal color varies from bright red (rare) to light pink (medium).
Mutton (Lamb Chops)
- Temperature: 63°C for medium, 71°C for well done.
- Time: 5-7 minutes per side on medium-high heat (204°C).
- Visual Guide: Lamb should have a golden-brown crust with a juicy, slightly pinkish interior for medium doneness.
