Our made-to-order perishable food items are carefully prepared and shipped to ensure they arrive fresh and ready to enjoy. Please note that these items are not eligible for next-day shipping due to preparation time, and they are only available for delivery within Singapore.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other disruptions beyond our control. Additionally, any delays due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer are not our responsibility.

Return Policy
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any food items. All food purchases are final sale. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
