Ingredients

  • Premium Angus Beef (100% pure, no fillers)

Cooking Instructions

  • Preparation: Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
  • Cooking: Place patties on the grill or pan. Grill each side for about 4-5 minutes for medium-rare or 5-6 minutes for medium, depending on your preference.
  • Internal Temperature: For best results, cook until an internal temperature of 70°C is reached.
  • Serving: Let patties rest for 2-3 minutes before serving. Enjoy them as-is or in a burger bun with your favourite toppings.

Food (Frozen - Defrost and Cook):
Our meats are shipped frozen or chilled with ice packs to ensure freshness. Upon receipt, please use immediately or place in the freezer where they will stay fresh for up to 60 days. Alternatively, store them in the refrigerator and consume within 4 days.

Cooked Food (Enjoy Immediately):
Our cooked sides and staple items arrive fully prepared and ready to eat. Enjoy them immediately for the best flavor, or store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.

Reheating & BBQ Guide

Chicken

  • Temperature: 74°C internal temperature for safe consumption.
  • Time: 6-8 minutes per side on medium-high heat (around 190-204°C).
  • Visual Guide: Chicken is done when juices run clear, and the meat has a firm texture with slight char marks.

Beef (Steaks & Ribeye)

  • Rare: 52°C
  • Medium Rare: 57°C
  • Medium: 63°C
  • Well Done: 71°C
  • Time: 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare on high heat (232°C).
  • Visual Guide: Look for a deep brown sear with a slight crust. Internal color varies from bright red (rare) to light pink (medium).

Mutton (Lamb Chops)

  • Temperature: 63°C for medium, 71°C for well done.
  • Time: 5-7 minutes per side on medium-high heat (204°C).
  • Visual Guide: Lamb should have a golden-brown crust with a juicy, slightly pinkish interior for medium doneness.

Seafood (Shrimp, Fish Fillets)

  • Visual Guide: Seafood is done when it becomes opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Shrimp should turn pink with a slightly firm texture.

At Mr. Barker, we offer daily delivery of our made-to-order, perishable food items to ensure freshness and quality. Orders require a 3-day lead time and can be delivered in two timeslots: Lunch (10:30am - 1:00pm) and Dinner (4:00pm - 7:00pm). Delivery within Singapore only.
